40 mountain climbers

10 min circuit repeated three times, working 45 sec on, 15 rest

Trx triceps press

Trx bicep curl

KB swing

burpees or reverse plank

push ups

lunges holding weight overhead

tricep triple treat

Plank

Cone run

toe taps

Finisher:  lap of the block
