Cardio 4 mins

25 lunges with bicep curls

70 squats

15 TRX single arm bicep curls ( both sides)

20 TRX Y to I deltoid raises

20 TRX superman

20 TRX atomic pike

20 TRX hamstring runner

Monday Mum’s at the track 12/10/15

Warm up, 3 min AMRAP,

8 DB squat to overhead press

8 DB squat clean

8 DB front squat

Followed by a  circuit,…..three rounds of the above, working 45 sec on 15 rest., including a lap of the track.
