20 DB thrusters
20 push ups with hand touch
10 dead ball slams
10 DB half kneeling overhead press per side
Run a Lap of the block.
workout 2 : AMRAP 12 mins
20 KB sumo hi pull
20 KB swings
20 lunges with bicep curls
Run a lap of block
workout 3 : AMRAP 12 mins
10 burpees
50 skips
20 goblet squats
run a lap of the block.
