Working 45 sec on 15 rest:

trx Y to biceps curl to low row

trx squat jump

trx lunge ( x2)

trx side lunge

trx power pull (x2)

trx triceps

trx pike

trx body saw

trx atomic push up

trx hamstring runner

partner workout:

cardio 4 mins

squats

lunges

push ups with hand touch

DB hinge row

DB Turkish get up. ( x2)

wall sit

db half kneeling overhead press ( x 2)….. ( DB in opposite hand to to fwd knee).
