Working 45 sec on 15 rest, we will do a circuit of the following exercises

db bear crawl and row

V sit abs with rotation

valside mountain climber

skipping

battle rope

step ups/ box jumps

plank

push ups

ab wheel rollout or L sit abs

step back lunges with weights

Assisted pull up machine

db thrusters

four rounds, see you tomorrow!
