DB thrusters

Renegade row

Lunge with bicep curl

Calf raise

Frog jumps

Plank with toe taps

Borrowers squat

High knees

Mountain jumper or mountain climber

Sprinters start with hop at the top (start with 25 per side)

Run / cardio for 2 mins

See you tomorrow!
