Trx hip abduction

Partner workout: ( body weight)

Cardio 4 mins or 6 mins if running outside

Plank

Hot hands

Reverse lunges

Skater

Squat jumps

Volley ball block

Floor to sky jumps

Push ups

Two rounds of each,
