Trx abducted lunge  (x2)

Trx low row to bicep curl

Trx squat jump

Trx pike

Trx body saw

Trx crunch

Trx hip press

Total = 12 mins

partner workout,

4 mins cardio

tuck jumps or squats

burpees or mountain climber

hot hands

In & out push ups

Lunges

pommel jumps

wall sit

calf raise

2 rounds of each workout,

something for everyone, a full body workout, catch you tomorrow!
