Trx squat

Trx one legged squat (x2)

Trx sprinters start (x2)

Trx chest press

Trx series L,M,H

Trx overhead squat

Partner workout: ( body weight)

Cardio 4 mins or 6 mins if running outside

Crab walk

Hot hands

Reverse plank

Skater

180 Squat jumps

Walk out push ups

sprints

Two rounds of each,

See you tomorrow

trx squat jump

trx lunge ( x2)

trx side lunge

trx power pull (x2)

trx triceps

trx pike

trx body saw

trx atomic push up

trx hamstring runner

partner workout:

cardio 4 mins

squats

lunges

push ups with hand touch

DB hinge row

DB Turkish get up. ( x2)

wall sit

db half kneeling overhead press ( x 2)….. ( DB in opposite hand to  to fwd knee). A new exercise

Wednesday’s W.O.D. 26/8/15

Descending reps 50-10 ( 5 rounds)

DB thrusters

Renegade row

Lunge with bicep curl

Calf raise

Frog jumps

Plank with toe taps

Borrowers squat

High knees

Mountain jumper or mountain climber

Sprinters start with hop at the top (start with 25 per side)

Run / cardio for 2 mins
