kb swing

Step ups with weight or box jumps

Push ups

Fig 8 abs

Battle rope

Split squat thrusts

Borrowers squat

DB thrusters

I will give a choice of 4 rounds or 2 rounds and a Metafit workout, see you tomorrow!
