Yesterdays hard core riders!

Working 45 sec on:

Trx sprinters start (x2)

Trx abducted lunge ( x2)

Trx hinge (m straps)

Trx split fly ( crocodile)

Trx chest press

Trx pull press ( x2) or Trx bicep/ triceps

Trx inverted row

Trx plank

Trx pike

Trx hip press

Trx incline press 5 per leg

Total time = 15 mins

Partner workout

Cardio 5 mins

Squats

Lunges

Push ups

Wall-sit

Burpees

Repeat exercises twice.

This is a big workout..it should take 60 mins, see you tomorrow!
