Working a circuit 45 sec on 15 rest:

Figure 8 abs

Push ups

Calf raises

Wall balls

Ball slams

Trx abducted lunge x2

Trx pike

Lunges with bicep curl

Renegade row

Lap of the track

3 rounds,  each round should take 12 mins. the forecast is for a dry morning,fingers crossed there is no rain.
