Trx lunge (x2)

Trx single leg squat (x2)

Trx resisted torso rotation (x2)

Trx pull ups

Trx  hip press

Trx hip abduction

Trx hamstring runner

Trx mountain climber

Trx Spider-Man push ups 10 per side

Total = 15 mins

Partner workout:

Run 5 mins or outside 3 laps of oval

Squats

Step ups

Push ups

Commando crawl

Split squat thrusts

See you tomorrow!
