Working on on reps rather than time tomorrow, 5 rounds of the following:

10 burpees

10 DB lateral raise with press per side

25 squat jumps

25 push ups

25 speed skaters

25 DB thrusters

20 mountain climbers

20 alternating lunges with bicep curl

100 skips

Row 500 m or  2 mins cardio

See you in the morning !
