Monday’s Trx Fusion 15/6/15

This session will incorporate hand weights into some of the Trx exercises…continually taking it to the next level and constantly challenging ourselves!  Working the usual 45 sec on 15 rest…

Trx single leg squat ( one hand holding hand weight) x2

Trx overhead squat

Trx Y deltoid raise

Trx abducted lunge ( holding hand weight) x2

Trx lunge ( holding hand weight) x2

Trx pike

Trx crunch

Trx hamstring runner

Trx hip press ( holding hand weight above head)

Total –  12 mins

Partner workout:

Cardio –  3 mins   …..Try rowing!

Then join in 45 sec on 15 rest..

Med ball knee driver ( x2)

Squat press

Lunges with bicep curl

repeat, then swap to Trx.

See you tomorrow!
