Working a circuit tomorrow 45 sec on 15 rest:

Dead ball slams

Step ups with weight overhead

Med ball squat press

kb swing

db thrusters

Push ups

Renegade row

Lunges with bicep curl

Skipping

Battle rope

Calf raises

Lap of the track  ….. Or high knees and skater hops if raining

Approx 13 mins per circuit.. 3 rounds! 😀👍 see you bright and early!
