Trx single arm bicep curl ( 2)

Trx chest fly

Trx mountain climber

Trx incline plank  (x2)

Trx plank press ( maintain plank position)

total time 😊= 12 mins

partner workout…

Run 600 m or Cardio 3 mins

High knees

Speed skater

Squat hold

repeat then swap with partner
