4 rounds working 45 sec on 15 rest, more body weight exercises with a couple of hand weight exercises….

prisoner squats with tuck

Speed skaters without the hop

renegade row

skipping

high knees

frog jumps

lunges with bicep curl

push ups

Tricep triple threat.  X2

shuttle run

Squat jumps

12 mins per round.
