Friday’s Trx Fusion Force, week 5 – day 1


Working 45 sec on with 15 rest….

Trx single arm row( both sides)

Trx single arm bicep curl ( both sides)

Trx overhead squat

Trx chest fly

Trx hip throw ( both sides) ..row with rotation, hips & shoulders

Trx pull ups

Trx hamstring curl

Trx mountain climber

Trx incline plank ( both sides)

Trx plank press.. A new exercise

Total =  14 mins


cardio 4 mins


Push ups


Repeating twice until ready to swap with partner on the Trx

Two rounds of both, total = 56 mins
