Friday’s Trx Fusion the Force week 4 day 4


A couple of fitness tests in this one…

2 mins max push ups

2 mins max abdominal crunch / squats

2 mins max pull ups ( assistance machine can be used)

Max distance cardio for 4 mins

Working 45 sec on 15 rest,

Trx squat to y fly

Trx power pull ( both sides)

Trx clock press

Trx low row to chest press  ( or row)

Trx pull ups

Trx pull ups

Trx inverted row

Trx hip abduction

Trx body saw

Trx burpee, 10 per side.

11 mins per round, so let’s repeat both circuits twice😀
