Monday Mum’s in the Park / on the track. 13/4/15

Hi Mums, it’s back on again, hope everyone had a good holiday!

Working 45 sec on 15 rest, 3 rounds of the above workout with a lap of the track mixed in as we share the Trx. Each round should take approx 14 -15 mins. Plenty of cardio and arm exercises in the mix.   See you bright and early Monday!
