Trx sprinters start ( both sides)
Trx overhead back ext ( Y)
Trx kneeling rollout on both sides – handle at knee height ,rotate to side with knee on floor.
Trx side lunge
Trx lunge ( both sides)
Trx burpees….8 per side
Total 13 mins
Phase 1 is the first four weeks of this program…which focuses on core stability.
4 mins cardio then 20 push ups, repeat for a total of 13 mins
Two rounds of each workout, total time 52 mins.
