Friday’s Trx Fusion Force – week 2, day 2, 6/3/15

Working with a partner 45 sec work, 15 rest.. mixing it up this time, starting with the ground work on Trx first..

Trx hip press

Trx hamstring runner

Trx body saw

Trx pike

Trx sprinters start ( both sides)

Trx overhead back ext ( Y)

Trx kneeling rollout on both sides –  handle at knee height ,rotate to side with knee on floor.

Trx side lunge

Trx lunge ( both sides)

Trx burpees….8 per side

Total 13 mins

Phase 1 is the first four weeks of this program…which focuses on core stability.

Partner workout:

4 mins cardio then 20 push ups, repeat for a total of 13 mins

Two rounds of each workout, total time 52 mins.

*** Next Monday’s class is running as usual***
