Friday’s Trx Force – day 4, 20/2/15


working in in pairs again…45 sec work, 15 rest…

Run 300m…both partners at once…then:

one partner:

Trx ovehead back ext (Y)

Trx lunge ( both sides)

Trx side lunge ( both sides)

Trx sprinters start ( both sides)

Trx Y to I

Trx half kneeling rollout…( level 3 which includes a tricep press)  both sides

Trx hip press

Trx hamstring runner

Trx pike

Trx body saw

Trx burpee 8 per side

15 mins a round.

partner workout: repeat x 3 whilst partner is on TRX.



Push ups

mountain climbers

skipping/step ups

total 5 mins
