2 rounds, of Trx and 2 of Partner workout….working 45 sec on 15 rest/ transition

warm up : 4 mins cardio

Trx jumping squat

Trx “Y” deltoid fly

Trx “crocodile”

Trx kneeling rollout

Trx row, LMH

Trx bicep curl

Trx hamstring curl

Trx hamstring runner

Trx hip abduction

Trx Spider-Man push ups ( both sides)

Trx incline plank with both feet in cradles

total time = 12 mins + 4 mins warm up

 

partner workout:

squats

lunges

push ups

mountain climbers

step ups

calf raises

repeated twice

it should be a good one…A total body workout!
