Wednesday’s W.O.D 7/1/15

Something a little different for tomorrow….4 rounds, working on time rather than reps:

1 min of each of the following:

Burpees

push ups

Db thrusters

lunges with weight/ plate overhead

Trx row

then cardio/ run for 4 mins aiming for 800m

each round is 9 mins,  total workout = 36 mins ….hardcore no stopping…New year… New workouts!😀
