Hope you all had a great Christmas and a good break.  For those who haven’t made it in for a workout over the Christmas period we will ease back into it..nothing too tough first up.

four rounds tomorrow…nothing new,

Run / cardio 3.30 mins

50 squats

20 push ups

20 TRX tricep rolluts

20 TRX bicep curls

20 Trx “Y”

20 Trx overhead squats

20 Trx pike to push ups

c u in the morning !!
