Here is the second TRX WINTER workout. We will do it slightly modified, and slightly tougher!!
Working with a partner, staying on the Trx for the first 4 exercises, then swapping. We will work 45 sec with the usual 15 sec rest.
Partner will do a circuit of:
1. Static lunges with bicep curl
3. Push ups
4. Skater hops
6. Wall sit
each round should take 24 mins, so we will do 2… It should be a good one! C u tomorrow!
