Trx chest press

SQUATS

Trx bicep curl

PUSH UPS

Trx tricep press

SKIPPING

Trx power pull ( both sides)

ROWING

Round 2:  14 mins

Trx sprinters start ( both sides)

ROWING

Trx lunge ( both sides)

SKIPPING/ STEP UPS

Trx hamstring curl

Trx hip press

Trx crossing balance lunge

CARDIO 3 mins

Round 3 :   12 mins

trx standing rollout

SQUATS

Trx hip drop ( both sides)

ROWING

Trx mountain climber

Trx hamstring runner

Trx atomic push ups

CARDIO. 3 mins !!
