Monday’s Trx Fusion 1/12/14

Here  is the second TRX WINTER workout.   We will do it slightly modified,  and slightly tougher!!

Working with a partner, staying on the Trx  for the first 4 exercises, then swapping.  We will work 45 sec with the usual 15 sec rest.

Partner will do a circuit of:

1.   Static lunges with bicep curl

2.  Squats

3. Push ups

4. Skater hops

5. Skipping

6. Wall sit

each round should take 24 mins, so we will do 2… It should be a good one! C u tomorrow!

Friday’s Trx Fusion 28/11/14

tomorrow’s workout out is the new TRX WINTER ENDURANCE workout.  Obviously it’s not winter for us, but we can still do the workout.  We will do all of the exercises listed for 45 secs and then do 3 mins of cardio instead of 2…. After all ..we are hardcore!!  💪 😀

3 rounds, each round will take 18 mins.

Round 2:  14 mins

Trx sprinters start ( both sides)

ROWING

Trx lunge ( both sides)

SKIPPING/ STEP UPS

Trx hamstring curl

Trx hip press

Trx crossing balance lunge

CARDIO 3 mins

Round 3 :   12 mins

trx standing rollout

SQUATS

Trx hip drop ( both sides)

ROWING

Trx mountain climber

Trx hamstring runner

Trx atomic push ups

CARDIO. 3 mins !!

Friday’s Trx Fusion 21/11/14

Tomorrow we are going to have two workouts in one, working with a partner, one will stay on the Trx whilst the other completes a circuit and then you will swap.  We will get through two rounds in total, the round will take 20 mins by the time you have completed both the Trx exercises and the circuit.  Ok here it goes: 45 sec working, 15 secs transition…

Trx Y fly to bicep curl to low row

Trx single leg squat with crossing balance lunge ( both sides)

Trx  tricep rollout

Trx hinge

Trx lunge with hop ( both sides)

trx hamstring runner with hold

Trx incline press ( both sides)

Then swapping to the following circuit..45 sec work 15 rest

K.b. Swing

K.B. Sumo hi pull

Step ups

Renegade Row

Wall sit

Boscu squats

3-4 rounds this is the “Bravo” Trx workout with a few modifications to make it slightly tougher: 12 is the magic number…..

12 Trx Spider-Man push ups

12 Trx single leg squats per leg

12 single arm rows per arm

12 Trx hamstring curl with hip press

12 Trx atomic pike

12 Trx pendulums Run / cardio 3.30 mins

50 squats

20 kb swings
