Then working in pairs, 45 sec on, 15 rest..
Trx pull ups
Trx o’head squat
Trx hip press
Trx pike to push up
Two rounds and then two rounds off:
Run/ cardio 2 mins
Trx abducted lunge ( both sides)
Trx bicep curl
Each round will take 10 mins….so definitely 4 rounds.!,
