4 rounds….a few new exercises…nothing too tricky.. Run/cardio for 3.30 mins 15 one legged get ups  from the bench without any assistance from your hands (per leg) 60 calf raises 20 kb swings 10 single arm kb rows per arm 20 reverse lunge kb figure 8’s 25 push ups lunges length of carpet holding weights full demo of new exercises tomorrow, c u then.


I am starting P T in the park over the warmer Summer months  on Sunday’s, Monday’s and Tuesday’s.

One on one and small groups of up to 3 persons.
