Cassidy is is helping with the workout tomorrow, 9.15 am again.  I have included the strap length to help out…

4 rounds working at your own pace:

15 Trx o/head squats.  Straps MID

15 Trx tricep press.  Straps MID

10 Trx  pull ups.   Straps OVERSHORTENED

20 Trx crunches.    Straps MID CALF

20 Trx pike.    Straps. MID CALF

50 lunges with bicep curls ( not on Trx)

run 700 m or cardio for 3.30min

i am back Monday, c u then!
