Tomorrow’s  workout…4 rounds:

*. Row 600m. Or run 700m

*. 50 squats, weighted or on boscu

*. 10 burpees

*. 20  lunges with bicep curls

 *. Trx side hip drop, 10 per side

*.  20 Trx rows

*. 15  Trx. pull ups

*. 20. Trx Crocodiles 

The Trx side hip drop is a new one…working those obliques again!   C u in the morning!
