Wednesday’s W.O.D 13/8/14

Following from last week where the rower ruled the waves…another 5kms of rowing!,

 5 Rounds:

*. Row. 500m

*. 10. Burpees.  Or. 10 renegade rows

*. 20. Squats 

*. 30. Db thrusters

*.  Row. 500m

*. 10. Box. Jumps

*.  20.  Push ups

*.  30  kb. Swings

This one is tougher than last week…but remember if it doesn’t challenge you, it won’t change you,
