again working with a partner 45 sec on with 15 transition

*. trx squat to y fly. Partner …… Calf raises

*. trx. Abducted lunge ( both sides). Partner…..row 1min 45 sec

*. Trx. Side plank. ( both sides). Partner ….row. 1 min 45 sec

* trx. Body saw. Partner….. Squats

*. Trx. Pike. Partner…..push ups
