Trx. H.I.I.T.  45 secs working , 15 rest, 4 rounds working with a partner:

Trx.  Tricep. Press………partner. Kb. Swing

Trx. Row L.M.H.          Partner.   Lunges

Trx. Single leg squats ( both legs).         Partner.  Squats/. Step ups

Trx. Bicep curl.    Partner.  Skipping

Trx. Atomic push up.    Partner.   Burpees/ mountain climber

Trx.  Pike.    Partner.  Skipping
