3. Rounds working with a partner,  45 sec work, 15 sec rest

 

*. TRX. Power pull. ( both arms). Partner –  running. 1min 30

*. TRX. Pull ups. Partner. –  skipping

* TRX  bicep curl. Single arm ( both sides). Partner running. 1 min 30

*. TRX. Mountain climber. Partner – squat press or thrusters

*. TRX. Atomic push up. Partner – lunges

*. TRX. Pike. Partner –  push ups
