*.  Run 400m

*. 10  Burpees

*. 20 Squats

*. 30  Db Thrusters

*. Run 400m

*. 10 Box Jumps

*. 20 Push Ups

*. 30 Kb Swings

 

Nothing new in this one, ….but we want to achieve 5 rounds if possible.
